Entry Title:

Standing against the storm.

Project Description:

This photo was taken on an impulse in late April of 2021. It was about to storm outside at my grandparents house and Florida and I was watching the storm coming when I saw the trees. These three palm trees had been there since the house was built in the 90s at least, and towered over the house, almost as if they shielded the house from danger. In that moment i took a quick photo of the trees silhouettes with my camera and went inside. I wanted others to see the beauty of nature, even at night, and how it can both protect us and hurt us.
