Project Description:
Ensure volume is up and all that's left is to press play and enjoy! I have entered a fan animation of the Japanese manga Jujutsu Kaisen written by Gege Akutami, specifically chapter 119 where the character Ryomen Sukuna is fighting Eight-Handled Sword Divergent Sila Divine General Mahoraga. At the climax of this fight, Sukuna opens his domain (a strong attack) in an attempt to finish of Mahoraga. I went into this expo as a way of challenging myself with something I have never done before: completing an animation from start to finish which I am proud of. I started off with storyboarding the animation; getting a basis of what I want to display, trying not to bite off more than I could chew. From researching author panels, other animations, and an overall development in my understanding of many different development software, this project served as something to prove to myself that I could do it. The software I used in my project are the Procreate and CapCut applications. To others that see this project, if you are fans of the series, I hope you enjoy my take on such an important moment, and if you have not even heard of the series like many people, then I hope you can appreciate the art presented. Background Theme https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MU4jUVt4WcQ SFX https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_ZX2gUwUqM4, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=83-fG0syCnE, https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4dn_9aoQGeg&t=28s
